We personally produce our fresh products: pasta, bread, sauces, jams and sweets, while our vegetables are grown organically in the Valle country, our meat derives from local farms and our fish is fished daily in the Naxos Bay and Acitrezza.In addition, we suggest complete tasting courses, from our starters to our sweets in order to cover all the typical Sicilian tastes, re-examined by our talented chef Josè.
